Wat een vriendelijke medewerkers en top service als je iets gekocht hebt. Wij zijn ‘vaste klant ‘ en ervaar altijd dat ze meedenken als er achteraf iets is. Top!

We trusted Decorette to do the blinds for our home. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and the store itself was nice, but unfortunately the communication and follow-up throughout the process was very disappointing. We were told we would need to wait around 5 weeks for the blinds to be ready. When we reached the end of week 6, we contacted Decorette ourselves to ask for an update. It was during that call that we found out the supplier had run out of the material needed for our blinds. What was frustrating was that nobody contacted us to let us know about the delay. Especially once the original 5-week timeframe had passed, I would have expected Decorette to follow up with the supplier and proactively keep us informed. Their solution was for us to choose another blind and essentially go through the whole process again. This was very frustrating, as we had already waited more than 5 weeks. If we had been informed earlier, we could have considered other options or gone to another store instead of losing all that time. This option failed as it didn't meet our initial order. I completely understand that supplier issues can happen and that some things are outside the store's control. My 2-star rating is mainly about the communication and customer follow-up, not about the staff personally. The people were friendly and the store is nice, but the follow-up in this case was really disappointing. I hope Decorette Woonatelier can improve this part of the business, because better communication with customers could have made a big difference to our experience.

Prima service en klantvriendelijke medewerkers

20 jaar geleden voor het eerst gordijnen bij Decorette Wolvega gekocht. In mijn nieuwe woning recent weer gordijnen bij Decorette Wolvega gekocht en nog steeds dezelfde kwaliteit en service!
